A dear friend, Cindy Paliracio, is newly married. Cindy wed Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Phillip "Rocky" Rockwell in April in an intimate beach ceremony in Kahala.

Cindy is currently the host of OC16's "Hawaii Goes Fishing." She formerly reported at KHNL and KSSK radio. Rocky is an aspiring politician.
Our group of friends - connected via KHNL- really likes Rocky and is super happy for her. In a small, intimate ceremony on Waialae Beach, the pair eloped recently. Her witnesses were Maile Akita, whose husband Darin Akita is a long time photographer at KHNL-turned-Hawaii News Now; and me. His witnesses were Jamm Aquino and wife Erica.

It was a lovely occasion - one which I was honored to be a part of, and one which could not have happened to two nicer people!
